This is the reverse side of the Discover Canada's Watersheds poster-map. This side contains general information about watersheds, such as: what is a watershed, why watersheds are important, a description of the map on the front side, finding a watershed on the map, taking photographs of a watershed, how to get involved in your watershed. In addition there is a reproduction of the Canada Wildlife Federation's Discover Your Watershed poster that shows a typical watershed and all the natural and man-made features in the water and on the land around it. There is also a section that describes the websites of the three partnering organizations who products the Discover Canada's Watersheds poster-map: Natural Resources Canada's Atlas of Canada, Environment Canada, and the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
