Historical Map - 1755 Partie de l'Amérique Septent qui comprend La Nouvelle France ou le Canada (Gilles Robert de Vaugondy)

This map has two sections. The maps show (with present-day names being used) the following areas. The first section shows a portion of Quebec, where the bottom of James Bay is in the northwest corner, and a small section of Ontario including only Lake Ontario is in the west. Also visible on this map are the Maritime provinces, Newfoundland, and some of the north-eastern United States. The second map, which is an inset, shows the Great Lakes and surrounding areas extending west to Lake of the Woods.
