Index Map of Canada (1973)
Description
The full English title of this bilingual map is ""Index Map of Canada According to the National Topographic System (Revised 1960)"". The map consists of a single map of Canada which has a dense network of populated places and drainage on it. Overlaying the map is a grid showing the area covered by each of the maps of the NTS from scale 1: 50 000 to 1: 1 000 000. There are detailed notes and guides explaining how to get the reference code for maps at each NTS scale.
